Filters, shared links and CSV export

Narrow any dashboard by engine, group and period, send a teammate the exact view you are looking at, and export a table to CSV.

The four dashboards share the same controls. This article covers filtering them, sharing a view, and taking the data out as a CSV file.

Filters

  • Period: 7, 30 or 90 days, at the top right of every dashboard.
  • Model: one AI engine, or all six.
  • Group: one group of prompts, or prompts without a group. See Add, suggest and group prompts.
  • Intent (Prompts), type (Sources) and a search field narrow the table further.

Active filters show as tags next to the period switch; a tag's cross removes it. On the Overview, choosing an engine or a group in the lists on the right filters the whole screen the same way.

Share the exact view

Everything you set is in the page address: the period, filters, search, sort and the open prompt, competitor or page. Copy the address and send it, and a teammate lands on the same view. They need access to the project; see Team access, roles and permissions.

Every role that can open a project, viewers included, can read all four dashboards.

Export to CSV

Export CSV on Prompts, Competitors and Sources downloads the table as it stands: the same period, filters, search and sort, all pages at once. On Sources it exports the open tab, Pages or Domains.

Numbers come without units, which are in the column names (for example Visibility (%)), and a missing value is an empty cell. The file opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers. The Overview has no export: its table is the same list as on Prompts.
